Service Delivery Director (Product Owner)

Services Delivery · Remote within the United States

Own the DEX roadmap for a portfolio of enterprise customers, lead the conversations that shape it, and turn DEX platform capability into outcomes the business can measure.

You sit where a customer’s business objectives meet the work that delivers them. You own the roadmap for every account in your portfolio, lead the customer conversation, keep the delivery team’s work on plan, and report progress in terms the customer values.

This is a hands-on role: you are in the DEX platform, in working sessions, and in front of the customer, working in partnership with a DEX Engineer who brings the technical build.

  • Roadmap Ownership: Own the yearly roadmap and rolling priority window for each account, sequencing customer objectives into a plan the customer recognizes as their own.
  • Customer Call Leadership: Run working sessions, strategy sessions, and value discussions, and make sure every session ends with clarity on what happens next.
  • Delivery Coordination: Keep the delivery team’s work aligned to the roadmap, manage capacity across accounts, and prevent drift.
  • Value Storytelling: Build the case for the work in the customer’s terms (pain point, metric, baseline, target, evidence) and own the annual Executive Business Review and monthly summary.
  • Creative Solutioning: Shape unclear customer problems into solutions the platform can deliver.

Please apply only if you meet the following:

  • Experience: Substantial experience in product ownership, technical account management, service delivery, or enterprise IT program leadership, with direct ownership of customer relationships and measurable outcomes.
  • DEX Platform Depth: Hands-on working knowledge of a Digital Employee Experience platform (queries, dashboards, workflows, remote actions, integrations). Nexthink experience is a strong plus; comparable depth in another DEX platform qualifies.
  • Cross-Functional IT Knowledge: Comfort working across endpoint, application, infrastructure, security, and service desk teams, and translating between them and the business.
  • Work Management: Disciplined planning, sequencing, and follow-through across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Communication: Able to hold the room with a service desk lead and a CIO in the same week, and to write recaps that do real work after the call.

Service Delivery Director (Engineering)

Services Delivery · Remote within the United States

Build the remote actions, workflows, dashboards, and integrations that turn a customer’s DEX platform into outcomes the business can measure, as the primary engineer on a portfolio of enterprise accounts.

The hands-on technical builder on a delivery team: primary engineer for three to four enterprise customers and backup for others. You design, build, test, and deploy the remote actions, workflows, dashboards, queries, connectors, agent packages, and integrations that deliver measurable outcomes, and you own technical diagnosis and remediation when customer environments misbehave.

You work in partnership with a Product Owner, who brings the customer lens and sequencing while you bring the technical depth and the build.

  • Remote Actions and Workflows: Author, test, and deploy remote actions for Windows and macOS for data collection and remediation, and design workflows that chain remote actions, campaigns, conditions, and integrations into unattended sequences.
  • Dashboards and Queries: Write queries against the DEX platform data model and build live dashboards for service desk, endpoint, and executive audiences.
  • Integration and Deployment: Configure connectors (Entra ID, Teams, Zoom, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix, ITSM), customer RBAC, and REST API integrations, and deploy DEX agent packages from pilot ring to broad rollout.
  • Use Case Delivery: Deliver use cases from the Ellipsys service catalogue end to end, from deployment through remediation and recorded value.
  • Live Diagnosis and Remediation: Lead technical diagnosis of customer endpoint incidents, author the fix, verify it in a pilot ring, and deploy it at scale. Own the issue to resolution.
  • Customer Sessions and Quality: Demonstrate deliverables in customer working sessions, train customer platform administrators, and test every change in the lab and pilot ring before production.

This is a senior, hands-on engineering role. Please apply only if you meet all of the following:

  • Experience: Seven or more years of enterprise endpoint, infrastructure, or systems engineering in production environments managing thousands of endpoints.
  • Scripting: Advanced PowerShell or Bash, authoring production scripts that run unattended at scale with error handling, logging, and idempotence.
  • Operating Systems: Deep Windows and macOS knowledge: registry and Group Policy, configuration profiles and property lists, services and daemons, logging, scheduled execution, and application deployment.
  • Endpoint Management: Hands-on administration of Intune, SCCM/MECM, or Jamf.
  • Identity, Networking, and Security: Working knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID, networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, proxies, VPN), and endpoint security tooling.
  • ITSM and Change Management: Working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar and of executing production changes through a controlled process.
  • Incident Diagnosis: Demonstrated experience diagnosing and resolving production incidents live and independently.
  • Preferred: Hands-on depth in a DEX platform such as Nexthink, ControlUp, 1E, or Tanium; Jamf and macOS scripting, Microsoft Graph and Entra ID app registrations, ITSM REST/JSON/OAuth integrations, Python, and prior consulting or managed-services experience.
